From last yr my hands have been cracking and peeling of skin also bleeding av tried alot of creams but no help what could this be or how can u help

1.betamethasone cream 3 times daily
2.bepanthine twice daily
3.fenistil if there is severe itching
For stomach burning you can use
1.nexium 40 once daily in morning
2.and you must check for H pylori bacterial infection by stool analysis or urea breath test
3.and to do upper GIT ENDOSCOPY with biobsy if there is ulcer

I have quite some issues though ,sorry for taking ur tym there's a tym i used to feel lyk a muscle pull in my heart or can i say....it was as if the muscles weren't stretching coz if this ordeal happened when am bending i couldn't stand there was a sharp pain.also when someone shouted at me the pain would come.is it normal or there's a prob my boss used to tell me it's normal
