Service description

This service allows residents who are in the process of obtaining a residence stamp within the State of Kuwait to issue health insurance cards and register them with the automated system of health insurance

Conditions for obtaining the service:

- The applicant must be present in person, the sponsor or the official representative of the sponsor

- The data of applicants who are resident in the private sector, who are enrolled in the family and some servants must be registered in the health insurance automated system after payment in cash.

- The data of the employees of the government agencies and the Zakat House shall be registered in the automated system of health insurance according to an official letter from the concerned authority

- The service data must be registered with the health insurance automated system after payment by stamps

Required Documents

- Civil ID of the sponsor

- One (1) personal photo size (6x4)

- Copy of work permit or visa

Measures

Visit the one of the five health insurance registration centers of the place of residence to register the data in the automated system of health insurance. The applicant can attend in person, the sponsor or the official representative of the sponsor 

After registering the data in the automated system, the health insurance notice will be stamped with the stamp and signature of the authorized employee of the Department of Health Insurance. You will then be given a notification form to submit to the Ministry of Interior to print the residence stamp.
