Hello i like to know what case i can file against the this person,i am working women and when my daughter alone at home,delivery boy cane at my place to dekiver water and he tries to harrass my daughter and abuse her

We would like to inform that It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to provide you with the following:
It is considered a crime punishable by law, which is the crime of sexual harassment so you can immediately go to the nearest police station and submit a complaint to trigger the criminal case in accordance with your complaint, especially that by reference to the UAE Code of Criminal Procedure and the text of Article (10)
Article (10) which stipulates,
The criminal case in the following crimes is only on the basis of a written or oral complaint from the victim or his legal representative:
1. Theft, fraud, dishonesty, and concealment of the acquired material if the victim is a spouse of the offender or one of his assets or branches. These things were not legally, administratively or burdensome to another person.
2. The minor shall not be extradited to a person who has the right to request and to dispose of the authority of his or her assignee.
3. Refrain from performing alimony, foster care, nursing or domicile.
4 - insulting people and throwing them.
5. Other offenses provided for by law.
The complaint shall not be accepted after three months from the day of the victim's knowledge of the crime and its perpetrator unless the law otherwise provides.
** The UAE Penal Law stipulates that this crime shall be punishable by a term of imprisonment of not less than three years
