If the victim does not provide evidence of the validity of the accusation, the authenticity of the indictment will depend on the police investigation, which will establish whether or not the indictment is true. If the judge confirms that the accused is found guilty of theft, he will be sentenced to imprisonment.
Here are the texts of the Qatari Penal Code regarding your inquiry:

Article 340

Whoever commits a theft in one of the following two cases shall be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years:

1- If it is committed at night;

2- If it is committed by a person holding a seen or concealed weapon.

Article 341

Whoever steals, embezzles, or purloins money from his employer shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years.
