We would like to inform you that The Federal Law No. (8) of 1980 on the Regulation of Labor Relations did not provide for the regulation of retirement for workers in the private sector and did not specify a specific age for termination of the employment relationship and according to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation so a work permit can be issued for those who have reached the age of 60.
