You can obtain a Turkmenistan visa through the Turkmenistan Embassy in UAE and the requirements are as follows:
- Passport valid for at least six months
- Two personal photographs as the passport photos
- A visa application form and a letter of invitation from a Turkmenistan tourism agency
You can obtain a visa from the airport upon arrival in Turkmenistan in case there was not an embassy or consulate in. And you have to bring the required papers with you with a copy of the Turkmenistan Ministry of Immigration document to grant you a visa upon arrival at the airport if he does not have a visa in his passport.
The visitor to Turkmenistan have to register at the Immigration Department within three days of entering Turkmenistan to avoid non-registration fees.
Foreign currency is the dollar, and the visitor can bring with him an amount which not exceed 10 thousand dollars.
