Is amnesty already started this month

We would like to inform you that for amnesty, UAE Government granted the residence violators a grace period started from 1^st Aug2018 to 31^st Dec 2018, to allow them to correct their situation whether by leaving the country or correct the situation and reside legally without paying fines or ban. Till today there is no new amnesty issued, and you can follow the Residence and Foreign Affairs website for updates.

For the delaying of paying the monthly salary by the employer, and preventing the residence procedures, then you can file a complaint against him in the labor office via the link below:\
