• daily exersize as walking for a half hour.

• DRE is enough to diagnose piles
• lower endoscope to see other pathology 

symptoms of piles:

• painless bleeding per rectum especially during defecation
• blood vessels pass through the anus 
• it can reduce spontanously or by hand
• in advanced cases it is non reducible
