We would like to inform you that In order for a British-born child to be granted British citizenship, his or her mother or father must be a British citizen, the mother of the child or father must have permanent British residency, and a British-born child can obtain citizenship if neither parent has United Kingdom citizenship or permanent residence but provided that the child is born after birth for 10 years on the land of Britain and above and this residence is also conditional that the child resides on the ground of Britain every year of the 10 years preceding the progress of citizenship for nine months a year on the ground of Britain, that is allowed for a child to live outside Britain for 90 days a year only.
If the son meets these conditions, his father can apply for the son to obtain British citizenship.
