Please i need to know something, thing is i ve overstay due to the negligence of my former company and now i found a new company which is willing to provide me with visa my question is how do I get this overstay reduction from the immigration

My former company didn't do my working visa on time so the time they applied for it, it was shown dat i my visit visa has been abscond which they (the company) refused to take responsibility as to how the abscond will be clear. But i tried my best to get the abscond removed through the agency dat issued my visit visa inbde payment of 2,000 dirham still my company refused to pay for my overstay and they asked me to leave the company cos they cannot pay the money on my behalf

You will also be unable to file a complaint against the company if it has a violation of the labor law
As for the violation, there is no amnesty for violators at the moment, but may be issued in the coming period and you can inquire about immigration on this matter
