I want to seek assylum in Germany

We would like to inform you that according to the German authorities, first you have to arrive at the German territory and then apply for asylum. All asylum seekers arriving in Germany must inform them on arrival or immediately thereafter. They can do so upon arrival at the border or later in the country.
All individuals reporting asylum applications are registered in the Federal Republic of Germany. This is done in "PIK" (Component Infrastructure Infrastructure) stations by Federal or Police Land, through BAMF staff at branch offices and access centers or by provincial staff at reception facilities, immigration authorities and access centers.
The opportunity here is taken to centrally store personal data, image and fingerprints (children under the age of 14 are excluded here). All public agencies that need them for their respective tasks will later access this data to help applicants understand their rights and duties within asylum procedures. They also receive all important information in writing in their mother tongue.
Personal data is recorded during the application process when the proof of access is issued. Applicants must prove their identity if they are able to do so. Acceptable documents include a national passport, as well as other personal documents such as birth certificates and driver's licenses. The Federal Office uses the physical and technical documentation to evaluate the original documents.
Applicants are photographed and fingerprints are also taken for people over the age of 14 years. These data are compared with those in the Central Register of Foreigners, as well as with the records of the Federal Criminal Police Office
The application for asylum is subject to Dublin proceedings, which are procedures for determining the responsible Member State prior to the actual examination of the asylum application. It is used to identify the European country responsible for the study of asylum applications. The purpose of the Dublin Regulation is the content of each asylum application filed in the Dublin area to be examined only objectively by a single State. This region includes the member States of the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. If protection under asylum law has already been granted in one of the states of Dublin, further consideration can not be given to asylum in Germany.
If a Member State decides that the asylum procedure will be processed or completed in another Member State, it shall submit a "transfer request" to the State concerned. If the latter agrees to the transfer, the Federal Office shall give notice thereof. He also informs the person concerned and asks them whether there are grounds for their transfer.
The person concerned can file a lawsuit against the decision and may file an emergency request. They may not be transferred to the Member State until after the judgment has been rendered in the appeal proceedings.
Prepare for an interview from aid organizations, charities or municipal facilities. It is also possible to consult a social counseling service resort.

Applicants must at all attend this interview and if they do not do so, their asylum application may be refused or the proceedings suspended without being questioned again for reasons of non-attendance.
If a person is sick that day or is likely to arrive late, this needs to be notified by phone the same day, and a doctor's note must be sent by mail in case of illness.
If an individual is unable to attend the time mentioned in the call due to the large distance that he must travel and therefore likely to arrive late, it is necessary to have a written or telephone no later than one day in advance as soon as an appointment can be present. This allows employees to plan their appointments better.
During the interview, applicants have sufficient time to present their reasons for travel. They describe their lives and their situations, and are told by their travels and persecution that they have suffered personally. They also assess what is expected of them to return to their country of origin. They are required to give the truth at all times and provide any evidence that they have been able to obtain. These may be photographs or documents from the police or other authorities, and possibly medical reports as well. The Federal Office may not be able to take facts, incidents or documents that applicants can not submit or present during the interview later or in court proceedings.
And descriptions that are interpreted and taken minutes, and then translated back to the applicant after the interview. This allows them to add to what they have said, or to make corrections. They are then presented with their minutes for approval by signing them.
