According to the mentioned facts, I would like to clarify to you that 

the absconding is an administrative procedure by the sponsor against the guarantee or worker within 7 days of the absence, and the residence will be cancelled after 30 days if the worker does not leave within this period. His name will be generalized at the general administration of residence and foreigners’ affairs. O remove the generalization, you can apply at the ministry and pay 500 UAD. If the administration found good reasons, the administration can remove it without the attendance of the previous sponsor. If they reject the application, then you should resort to the city court and file a case to remove the generalization. After opening the executive file, they will receive a letter from the executive judge of the administration will cancel the generalization. I have seen a person who filed a civil case and the verdict was in his favor after two years, however, if the generalization was issued by the administration of labor, the fees will be 10 thousand UAD, based on the sponsor’s request and consent, or after a labor case and the verdict which the worker will be  compensated for the arbitrary termination as the ministry of labor will consider it as a faulty report.
