We would like to inform you that you should go to the Roads and Vehicles Authority and apply for transferring vehicle ownership according to the form approved by the Authority, and attach the below:

·         Vehicle title deed.

·         Original Emirates ID

·         Copy of passport and valid residence permit.

·         Securing the vehicle electronically.

·         Add or remove the mortgage electronically if the vehicle is mortgaged.

·         Vehicle test.

Then hand the plates to the center if the seller wishes to keep the plate’s numbers.

A letter from the police if one of the vehicle's plates is lost or the two plates are lost together or the motorcycle plate is lost.

Classic vehicle test is only at the Emirates Automobile & Touring Club.
