I m on probation but my contract says 2 points....

We would like to inform you that termination of the employment contract during the probation period is the right of the employer not the worker, so if the worker left the work during the probation period without notice, you shall differentiate between two cases:

1. If a the contract is definite, the worker shall compensate the employer with a salary of half a month for a period of three months.

2. If the contract is indefinite, the worker shall pay a month's salary instead of a notice.
As long as you have completed the employment contract, you are responsible for the expenses of your return to your country

If your contract is indefinite and you give 30 days notice before termination of the contract, the termination of the contract is considered legal and you will not be paid compensation to the employer. However, if the contract is definite, you are obliged to compensate the employer for 3 months' wages.
