We would like to inform you that the loan conditions and interests are differ according to the bank and the loan type. So you have to review the bank you want to get the loan from to find out their conditions and the required documents.
If you are an expat then the below documents are required for loan:

1-      Valid passport.

2-      Salary statement from the employer.

3-      Valid residence.

4-      UAE ID.

5-      Copy of the rent contract.

6-      Sign the security cheques.

In all cases, you have to review the bank to know its loan conditions. Note that it could take from a week to a month to get the loan.
