We would like to inform you that As long as you have 7 days you are in probationary period and therefore you can leave work and return to your country without any legal problems based on Article 24 of the Omani Labor Law which stipulates:

Article 24

The worker may not be assigned for a probation period for more than three months for those who are monthly paid, and for more than one month for those who are paid at different times.

The worker may not be assigned for the same employer more than once. The probation period shall be included in the duration of service. In all cases the probation period should specified in the contract.

 Any of the parties may terminate the contract during the probation period if the worker is not suitable for the job. Either  parties may terminate the contract after notifying the other party at least 7 days prior to the termination
