We would like to inform you that this statement is confined between the worker and the employer without extending to anything else in the sense that if you leave your country and no longer can only the employer to report you escape
Consequently, you will be banned and denied entry and return. This does not extend to any other country, even the GCC.
But the ban may be limited to UAE and you can move between GCC countries to obtain a visa to grant you a residence permit.

My question is related to immigration in the philippines, i already worked in dubai years ago and went back to my country recently and now i am at dubai again to work but i entered as a tourist visa. Upon leaving the immigration in the philippines they made us signed an affidavit of deferred departure guaranteeing that i will come back to my country in my said returning ticket but in my case that will not happen for i will work here in dubai now. What will happen if i come back to my home country? Will i still be permitted to go back to dubai? Or what consequences will they give me? Thanks

Cos maybe in a year i will be going to the philippines again with a working visa so they will see that i entered dubai as a tourist and going back again with a working visa having that done i have an affidavit of deferred departure.
