Your symptoms are related to ureteric stones
treatment of urinary stones:

• analgesic medication like ibuproofen 600 mg tablet every 12 hours 
• scobutyl tablet every 12 hours
• tamsulosin 2.5 mg one tablet before sleep 
• drinking water more than two liters 
• iin some cases, ureteroscopy is needed to pull stone out.

diagnosis of urinary stones:

• urine analysis,to see WBCs and RBCs.
• ultrasound for renal system 
• CT KUB to determine the site of stone, its size and density 

symptoms of ureteric stone:

• pain in lower abdomin radiate ton the scrotum and penis 
• bloody urine 
• painfull micuration
