We would like to inform you that if you were subjected to sexual assault and rape two years ago and no complaints have been filed from you, but the aggressor sent photos of your naked body during your loss of consciousness through your e-mail and we would like to inform you that you can now file a complaint with the police at cyber-crime department to find out the person who sent those pictures and also accuse him of raping him in order to be trialed by the criminal court and receives a deterrent punishment.
As article (20) of criminal law stipulates that: With exception of crimes punishable by the Divine ordinance, chastisement law, blood money and crimes punishable by death penalty or life sentence, the criminal case shall lapse after twenty years. The misdemeanor cases shall lapse after five years, the violations shall lapse after one year.
