We would like to inform you that if you want to obtain a marriage certificate online, it is up to your government to provide this service or not. In all cases, you can extract this document by going to the embassy of your country Civil Transactions Department and you will be provided with a copy. If you want this document to conclude the marriage contract in Kuwait, you also need the following documents:
1 - Passports of the spouses.2 - Residence of the spouses in the state.
3 - Certificate of the medical examination that shows the absence of diseases and indicate the fitness for marriage.
4 - No objection of marriage of the wife and the matter is through by reviewing the embassy of the state and applying for it.
5 - Marital status certificate of the wife , which shows if she was married, widowed, divorced or single.
