We would like to inform you that if there is an escape notice against you from your employer, you have two ways to cancel the escape notice. The first is to lodge a complaint at the immigration department as well as the human resources office that the notice is false and that you are still working with proof of the validity of your complaint such as providing a statement from the bank that your monthly salary has been transferred by the employer to your account, which means you have not escaped; or relying on witnesses to the fact that you are still in work and did not escape.
The second is to check the employer in order to negotiate with him in order to terminate the contract of employment with mutual consent, so that you can move to a new company after the completion of procedures to cancel the visa.
These are the legal methods available to cancel the escape notice.
