I have resigned from my work and submitted all...
I have resigned from my work and submitted all clearance form to process my end of service. They have sent me a form to sign for visa cancellation. So i signed even i have not received my gratuity and remaining salary. I have been following them for more than 2 weeks now but they kept on saying that still was pending with accounts. I have read many complaints about signing the cancellation which I should not have done. Is there any thing else i can do to settle this? Here in UAE

We would like to inform you that if the visa was cancelled and the work finished, then that doesn’t mean the loss of your rights and dues. So you can go to the labor office and file a complaint, if they can’t solve it that then it will be referred to the court and will reach a judgment and will be implemented on the employer to get your rights legally.
