Hi good day I Mary Grace Layos working in Mall of qatar I bought KFC worth of 47QR. The staff she said its not deducted to my account but I doubled check to my back its already deduct what should I do? The KFC in mall of qatar they are denying its not deduct. Even 1 riyal it's important for me because I work for it and it's not easy to got money I work to have my salary. Hope you will help me my case. Thank you.

We would like to inform you that if you bought from KFC and they deducted from your balance, then you have to prove that by yourself. If you paid by Visa Card then you can go to the bank and ask for bank statement to clarify the day and date of deduction, then go to KFC and provide the statement to refund the paid amount.
