Hi I have a question about salary deduction.

the article 60  

• A recovery of advances, or a debt that the employer pain his employee, and also any expenses that have been taken by the employee. But in this case it is not allowed for him to cut more 40% of the salary
• If there are installments of money that the employee has to pay for a social security and insurance.
• If the employee is making any fellowship to savings account or something like that
•       installments of any social project or any other services that the employer provides his employee with
• Any fees that have to paid in case the employee committed any mistake or violations 
• Any debt that the employer wants from his employee, but it cannot be more than the quarter of the employee's salary. And if the debt is huge, the employee can cut half of the salary, while it is allowed to pay them in installments , as quarter of the salary will be cut monthly
