My has nominated her son's as nominee of her flat....
My has nominated her son's as nominee of her flat. We hv completed our nomination work our soceity. And our brothers name on soceity's Tenants Board of soceity which is on ground floor. We 3 brothers are now legal members of the soceity. My mother did not make any other will. We are 3 brothers whose names are on the Original Share Certificate. We have 3 sisters ₩(0

We are total 6 - brother and sisters Who are legal heirs of Late ISHWARI GANGARAM KHATANHAR. My mother has nominated only her 3 son's and nomination formalities with soceity has been done. Our Nomination Form was last legal document signed by her to be given to soceity. And now we want to Register our flat, which was bought in my mother's name on 29th Jan.,1979.

We would like to inform you that if the property was registered for the hires according to sell contract for the 3 hires. Note that transferring the property to the mother requires the approval from all the owners if they want to transfer the ownership to the mother.
