hi. my employment has been terminated a dat before...
hi. my employment has been terminated a dat before my probationary period ends, reason given was due to poor performance. all the while i thought i was doing alright. for me i should have been notified at least mid of my probation period if there is anything i need to improve on. do i have the right to appeal?

i was actually been working in this company since 2017 then it was acquired by a new company early this year, but out visa has not been terminated. i received my gratuity from 2017 then i signed a new appt wth a lesser package and new commencement date, hence with a new probationary period

We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law, if you are working during probation period then the employer can cancel the visa and the work without any benefit, as this period is one of the employer’s rights.
Article (37)
The worker may be appointed under probation for a period not exceeding six months and the employer may dispense with the services of the worker during this period without warning and without end of service reward. The worker may not be appointed. Under experience more than once with one employer, and if the worker successfully passed the period of the experiment and continued to work, the period of service shall be calculated.
Therefore, unfortunately, you can’t appeal against that decision as that is according to the law.
