We would like to inform you that your passport is your personal document that is shall be with you and no entity can have the passport to see it from you
If you are an expatriate in Oman and your passport has been lost, you must write a memorandum of loss at the police station and take a statement of that and then go to the embassy / consulate of your country and apply for a passport instead of lost
