We would like to inform you that although the nature of the money that you did not receive is not clarified, you may file a complaint at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emartisation against the employer.
If you get a final court ruling on your eligibility for these amounts, and the employer refuses to pay, you may ask for a reservation on his money until he pays.
Here is the text of the UAE Labor Law related to your inquiry:
Article 4:
Any payments due to an employee or his beneficiaries hereunder shall constitute a first priority charge on all the employer's moveable and immovable property, and shall be paid immediately upon settlement of any legal expenses, sums due to the public treasury and Sharia's alimony awarded under Islamic Law to the wife and children.
