We would like to inform you that If the license of the company expires, the company cannot deal with any government agency unless the license is renewed. however, the worker can lodge a complaint with the Human Rights Department of the Ministry of Interior to allow him to cancel his visa despite the expiry of the company's license and the Human Rights Department will examine the application and most likely allow it to cancel the visa and leave the country.
