We would like to inform you that if you are in the country with visit visa and you got work offer and transfer the visa to work visa without leaving, note that the period for the visa by the employer is 60 days. If the employer didn’t apply for visa and you overstayed and have fines, then you can’t change the employer unless you pay the fines and get NOC from the sponsor if you have work offer. If there is no work offer with the employer, then you have to look for sponsor to transfer the sponsorship on him to get visa and reside legally. Otherwise, you will be forced to leave the country.
