1. Salicylic acid  ( topical , 3 times daily )
2. Benzoyl peroxide ( topical , 3 times daily )
3. in case of having any discharge or poping up from the boil , you should use a topical antibiotics such as clindamycin and erythromycin 
General advices :
1. avoid tight cloths and stick to cotton and comforty cloths 
2. make sure that area is well aired and avoid heavy sweating 
3. dont use your hand to pop up the boil
4. avoid any irritating substance to put on the boil such as shampoo or creams or perfumes 
5. if the condition presist and new symptoms appeared , reconsult your dermatology doctor soon
