We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law as well as the residence law, the visa is accompanied by the insurance card, meaning that one of the requirements of a work visa is that the company or entity that works for it is insured on all workers
Thus, the issuance of visa issued with the identity card and health insurance card for the expatriate worker and without the insurance card, the residence and visa will not extract as it’s a requirement for residence, so you may go to the labor office and complain there
