And in order to obtain residence, you can obtain an entry visa to Israel for the purpose of tourism and search for a work during the visa period, and then, if you obtain a visa before the expiry of the visa, you have to leave Israel, and then the employer should send you the work contract and work permit to your residence, so that you can check the concerned embassy in order to obtain a work visa.
