We would like to inform you that the if you want to obtain a license, you can drive the motorcycle in the UAE, you must first join in one of the driving teaching institutes in the emirate. This requires you to submit the following documents. The applicant must be at least 17 years of age.
Applicant must be a UAE national or resident holding valid residence. Valid examination must be provided by any approved RTA and DHA center. The Center also has a licensed examination from the RTA and the DHA.
Required documents:
Original passport, ID card and two photo.
• Valid residency issued by the Emirate of Dubai, and that in the case of residence issued from another Emirate must meet the requirements to open a file of education for residence issued from another Emirate.
- (2) Personal photo.
- Vision test.
- No-objection letter from the sponsor.
- Fill out the application form for driving license.
The Commission identified the required documents to renew the "Desert Driving license permit:
- Investigation of the criminal case
- Original passport and a copy of it
- Letter from the sponsor
- Letter from the tourist company (for non-sponsored by it)
- Vision examination
- Persons who can issue a permit to learn the desert driving, as the age of the applicant must be more than 25 years and three years since the issuance of the license.

1. Registration fees and issuing a learning permit + booklet 510
2. Registration fees at the Institute 520
3. lecture fees normal/ VIP 500/600
4. Experimental test / VIP 225/220
5. Preparation fees for the theoretical examination free
6. Knowledge examination normal / VIP 310/390
7. LLST-MLST 310
8. Street Test 310
9. Issuing Driving License 420
