Hello my previous company declare a bankruptcy...

We would like to inform you that if you want to work with another company, you may submit a sponsorship transfer and transfer of a residence by submitting an application at the General Directorate of Residence and Foreigners' Affairs with the following documents:

 
A valid residence for the
foreigner
The existence of a valid
business card for the foreigner
The absence of a registered
citizen for a job application who can do the same work
Approval of the current and
new employer
The qualifications of the
worker and his experience shall match with the specifications of the new
profession
The employer has a certain period of time and is calculated as follows:
One year for Masters and PhD students
Two years for holders of a bachelor's degree
Three years for those who do not hold previous academic qualifications

If the previous employer refuses to give you a NOC, you may submit an application at the General Directorate of Residence and Foreigners' Affairs to allow you transfer the sponsorship without his consent. If you want to cancel your visa before starting the sponsorship transfer procedures, the sponsor is the one who initiates the cancellation procedure, and your turn is only to sign a declaration that you have received all your entitlements in the Labor Office and this is the last measure before canceling the visa, but we advise you to file a complaint at the General Directorate so that your residence is canceled without the need for the consent of the sponsor.
