We would like to inform you that You can remove the work ban by filing an objection to the work ban by filing a grievance through a Tasheel Center or a communication channel through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation website and e-mail and attaching all documents confirming that it is not eligible.

You will receive a reference number for your application. There is a committee in the ministry formed under the chairmanship of the Undersecretary and the membership of the assistant inspection and labor agents, in addition to some directors of departments that will study those requests and make the decision to lift or maintain the ban. The worker will then be notified of the committee's decision.
