تجدر الاشاره الى انه وبعد الاطلاع على استفساركم وتدقيقه قانونا نود الافاده بالاتي وطبقا لقانون الاقامه الاماراتي  اولا ففي حال  الحصول على عقد عمل    والتوقيع عليه  الشركه التي تتبع لها    اولا يجب الانتباه   الى ان التاشيره  واصدارها   يتستغرق مده الشهرين   لانحازها حال ان تقدم بطلبها الكفيل   بالاضافه الى بطاقه الهويه المدنيه  وبطاقه التامين الصحي   لكن  مع صدور التاشيره   مع قبل  وزاره العمل   ولم تكن مختومه  يمكن التوجه بالشكوى  امام وزاره العمل   وشرح الامر تفصيلا لغايات  استدعاء الكفيل كونه المخول والمفوض في هذا الامر  لاجباره على ختم التاشيره    هكذا تتم الاجراءات  القانونيه    وبامكانك اتباع ماتم توضيحه    هذا بشكل عام كل مايتعلق باستفساركم   وان كان لكم اي مقصد  اخر بالامكان التوضيح  شكرا لك
