We would like to inform you that if you want to travel for business purposes, it requires first obtaining a contract of employment from an operator in Poland in addition to the availability of the following documents
Once the Embassy has reviewed the visa application, these supporting documents can make the visa application process much faster, and will give you more access to the visa.
-Booking a flight ticket (consulates advise not to buy the ticket before obtaining the visa and only booking it with the date of departure and return and the flight number in the booking document);
-Proof of residence by booking a hotel or by inviting a visit to Poland by a friend or relative;
-The cover letter must include all details related to your travel, including the purpose of your travel to Poland, the date of entry and exit, and the places you will be visiting… The letter must also include your readiness to leave Poland and the Schengen area once your visa term has expired
-Evidence of your affordability to travel to Poland such as bank statement and income tax certificate…;
Proof of family status such as marriage contract or birth certificate of children… This document is not compulsory but will help the applicant as proof that he will return home for his family (wife and children…)
-A letter of NOC from the employer or the university stating that you have obligations due to return to your country as it can and because of visa work and to know the full details can access this application https://bit.ly/30iAYjx
