According to the mentioned facts, I would like to clarify to you that if you are a resident in the UAE, one of the GCC countries and you wish to obtain a visa to enter the Sultanate of Oman, you and your wife, you may easily do as follows:

You may obtain the visa from all the ports, and representatives of the Sultanate Oman in the UAE or when you arrive at one of the ports, you and your wife, and the visa shall be valid for 4 weeks, can be extended for another week. The companions who are less than 18 years, shall grant a free visa. You should have a passport, valid for six months.
