We would like to inform you that In accordance with the provisions of the UAE Employment Assistance Act, Article 15 requires the employer not to endanger the life of the worker and therefore if the employer jeopardizes your life, you can file a complaint with the Labor Office through the following link:

As a domestic treatment, the law guarantees you a range of rights:

- The wage / salary, as stipulated in the standard contract signed by the employer and the worker, within ten days from the date of entitlement

- One day rest per week paid

- The daily rest of the worker shall not be less than twelve hours, provided that at least eight hours continuous

- 30 days paid annual leave

- Providing medical insurance at the expense of the employer

- 30 days of medical leave per year

- Ticket - return - at the expense of the employer once every two years

- A decent place to live

- decent meals at the expense of the employer

- The clothes required to perform the work, if necessary, at the expense of the employer

- possession of identity documents such as passports, identity, etc.

In the event of any dispute between the worker or the employer, either of them has the option to file a complaint with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. The Ministry will also try to review and resolve the complaint within two weeks.
