Case absconded

We would like to inform you that according to the Saudi Shari'a Procedure Law, the complainant's sponsor shall be present. He is the plaintiff in the case. He is not present with the proof that he has not been notified. The plaintiff will have to postpone the case and look at it until proven.
The court may charge the register of the court to follow the declaration and securing the presence of the sponsor
to complete the proceedings in the case
