Hi, Im confused on how to submit my school...
Hi, Im confused on how to submit my school credentials to Canada. My agency said, the school needs to send it to Canada, but then they need it translated in English, so the school requested me to translate it first outside and bring it to them? Does it need to be Apostille as well?

We would like to inform you that the person who is responsible for the application is the school that you follow. Therefore, you shall first translate these documents from any authorized travel office. You can obtain a list of approved offices from the Embassy if you review it.
On the other hand, the translation of these documents shall be authenticated by the translator entity and then accompanied by
the original documents with the application

Does it has to be authenticated by any other government entities like DFA or department of education in ukraine? Or the Authenticated translated document is enough then submit it to the school and the school will send it to Canada as instructed?

The translated documents do not have to be authenticated from the DFA unless the embassy requires its authentication, in the sense when submitting the documents there, the embassy has either to clarify the need to authenticate them from the DFA and your country's embassy or not, so you may also check the school regulations.
