I applied my daughters British passport renewal in December 27/2018on line I sent all documents related her birth in UK and about my identity documents but still they're keep asking for my birth certificate and my parents marriage certificate which I lost because of not visits long period about 14years. I already sent my confession letter in my hand writing. Now they sent mail they'll sent back my application 29th August if I fail to send those certificates wht do I do now I have British citizenship but no passport My husband and other children's all have Indian passport

We would like to inform you that regarding to the documents required by the embassy, it shall be brought to it for the purpose of investigation about the validity of the request for renewal, note that the Embassy does not tolerate in this matter.
So you can take copies instead of missing that have been requested and were missing, for the purposes of renewal because the embassy does not allow renewal unless you submitted them
