Treatment of chest pain:

It depends on the cause, and as you have notmal cardiac tests you can use the following treatment:

• Celecoxib 200 mg once daily for 10 days
• Diclofene gel twice daily
• Muscle relaxant as relaxon twice daily for 5 days

Causes of chest pain:

It may be due:

• Muscle spasm which associated with dyspnea, chest pain with respiration and movement
• Chest infection which associated with cough, sputum, fever, dyspnea
• Heart problems which associated with chest pain and tightness
• Gastroesophageal reflux which associated with heartburn and dyspnea...etc

Diagnosis of the cause of chest pain:

It depends on the clinical examination by a pulmonologist and investigations as:

• CBC to detect anemia and infection
• Chest x-ray
• ECG
• Stress ECG
• ECHO
