My Ugandan bank asked notify documents with Qatar...

We would like to inform you that notifying the documents don’t need the lawyer signature, as you can notify the documents from the authority that issued them then from the Ministry that belong to that authority, then from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, last from your country embassy, then send these documents to the bank with legal notify.
