- Maintain personal hygiene
- Wear comfortable and cotton underwear
- Use sterile fluid for vaginal area after consulting your physician to use the right type for you
- Wash hands thoroughly when touching the genital area
- Preserve the dryness of the vulva area
- Clean the vagina well after sexual intercourse
- Use of antifungal agents such as ketoconazole
- Use of antibiotics such as Augmentin or ciprofloxacin
- Remove any forging bodies
