good evening doctor am AISHAH TUSHEMEREIRWE here in Abu Dhabi last six years ago I had pregnancy of twins one day I went for a scan and doctor told that I have too much excess water in my uterus than usual other pregnacy women have and babies can't grow in it what causes that.
