Dear customer
If you have a problem opening the phone because of forgetting the password, you must perform the steps to restore the factory settings to be able to use again
1-
Press and hold the volume up key and then press and hold the power key.
2-
When the refresh mode (black screen) appears, leave the volume up.
Using the volume down key, select "wipe data / factory reset" and press the power key to
select
3-
Now you must select "Yes - delete all user data" using the volume down key and press the powerkey to start reset.
4-
When the reset is complete, select "Reboot system now" and press the power button to restart the system
