1. redo the test in 2 days 
2. consult your doctor to do other pregnancy test such as hormone levels test ( blood test ) 
3. after that , doctor will instruct you about how to deal with pregnancy 
* continue taking folic acid 
General advices in pregnancy :
1. in pregnancy , pregnant woman need more protein and calcium than normal woman which could be gain in dairy products and meat
2. stick to healthy diet enriched by green vegetables and fruits
3. avoid stress physically and mentally because it effects your baby as well
4. visit your personal doctor routinely and follow their advices
5. avoid bad habits like smoking and drinking and replace it by healthy habits like exercises
6. ask your doctor about the medicine you take or you will take and check if it affect your pregnancy and your baby health
