If my employer fail to give me NOC how can I get...

You can get a certificate of good conduct through the police department. The required documents are as follows:

- The original UAE id and a copy of it.

- Original passport and a copy of it.

- Original letter from the employer

- A copy of the residence in the country, if the applicants is a foreigner

- Photo of the applicant

As for the duration, it takes a very long time to issue this certificate according to the completion of the required documents and the entity you submit the application to. You must follow up and submit an urgent request to issue the certificate or file a complaint in the event of unjustified delay in issuing this certificate without reasons.

According to Cabinet Decision No. (1/8) of 2017, expatriates in the UAE, who came for the purpose of work, must bring a certificate of good conduct to demonstrate their good conduct in terms of security to be able to obtain a work visa.

This certificate must be issued from the country of the worker, or the country in which he or she has lived for the last five years before coming to the UAE, and must be certified by the Country’s embassies and consulates abroad and / or from the certifying offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the country.

This requirement is limited to newcomers who come for work, and does not include family members who depend on the workers, nor does it include visitors for the purpose of visiting or tourism. The expatriate who was born and raised in the UAE and lived there continuously is exempted from this requirement.

This certificate must be presented when applying for a work visa permit at the Ministry of Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in the UAE.
